My headset won’t pair to my horizon app

Hey there, @BurgerBS! We want to make sure that you can use your headset, so let's work together to get things back up and running! To begin, we have some steps that we'd like you to try: 

  • Ensure the phone is compatible with the Meta Horizon App.
  • Ensure the phone app and headset are on the latest available version.
  • Ensure phone and headset are connected to the same network, on the same frequency.
  • Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect communication (such as headset covers, etc.) 

If these steps don't do the trick, please let us know exactly what is happening during the pairing process, and what you see on your side, so we can investigate more. We look forward to hearing back from you!
