I’m trying to pair my headset with the code it ask for but it says an account is already on it which am unable to connect my oculus to my meta horizons app

We understand that you are having pairing issues with your headset, yet we will do our best to sort this out for you, please see the trouble shooting steps below and try to perform them :

 

  1. Ensure the phone is compatible with the Meta Horizon mobile app
  2. Ensure the mobile app and headset are on the latest available version
    • The latest version of the mobile app can be found downloaded from:
    • Check the release notes to see the latest version of the headset software. Compare it to what the customer has installed.
    • If you are having trouble installing the latest headset software have them use the software update tool
  3. Ensure phone and headset are connected to the same network, on the same frequency
  4. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect communication (such as headset covers, etc.)
