Both my sons are under 13 and I have a supervisory account with no headset attached to it. My son's want to buy a game, they send me a request, I approve it, then purchase it but my kids don't have the game. I try to gift it to them but it just continues to go to the same screens and nothing happens. We have wasted $100 on games we don't have because we cannot figure out how to buy. I have asked for help, googled it, and still nothing. All the prompts given in the meta account just keep circling back. Request,accepted,purchase. Request,accepted, purchase. What are we missing?
