Parental Controls

Hi,

Im having a Problem with parental controls,

Im 14 and my mom ist completly fine with me playing over 18+ games.

But my mom cant give me access to a game i want (Contractors) And its because i live in germany and its not allowed.

Im scared because i also want to get bonelab but now i might not be able to 

Is there a way to turn these controls off 

Or get around the country restrictions? 

Really hoping i can get around this.
