Parental Setup Issue - "Sorry! Something went wrong" error

Setting up Parental Account.  On the last step after putting in device code.  Prompted to put in confirmation code for my child's account.  I enter the code and get the "Sorry! Somthing went wrong :("  error code.  I've repeated the steps 20+ times and same problem every time.

We understand that technical issues can be frustrating, we will do our best to resolve this issue for you quickly.
When trying to create the Parent Managed Account could you try to create it using these different methods.

Try creating the account on;

  • Horizon Mobile App.
  • Browser on mobile using the Family Center
  • Horizon Desktop App
  • Browser on Desktop using the Family Center.(try multiple different browsers)

It does seem like this should just be an error for the method that you are using to create the account, so hopefully trying these other methods will resolve this.

I've done all those things and the system won't accept the confirmation code that I keep getting sent.

Could you confirm witch browsers that you have used?

Some browsers can cause direct issues with our systems, especially if it has a built in VPN or add blocker.

You can also try using the Incognito mode, sometimes the cookies and cache can cause issue to and incogPnito mode should help if that's the case.

So it looks like it's connected now but this is causing more issues for my kids to play than it needs to be.  How do I remove the parental supervision?  This was originally not an issue until I was asked for age verification.  I tried to do the responsible thing and follow the directions and now this is all a mess.  Please help me remove the parental supervision.
