Parental supervision dash won’t load.
When selecting on individual child the app does not load the details so unable to set time limits or approve and manage apps. Just a black screen.
When I load in Family Center web version I can see some info but when I click see all apps the following error occurs, see attached screenshot.
I have cleared, cookies and temp files, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Any suggestions

As I mentioned in my previous reply, you'll want to submit a bug report if you're still experiencing these issues. I would also recommend submitting a ticket on the Support Site in case their may be a different issue going on.

Hi, did factory reset, deleted and reloaded app, still it’s just a blurred screen that won’t load when I try to check my son’s screentime.
is there a way to check how much time is left in the headset itself?
what is wrong with the app? The headset must be on the wifi to work, and my phone is on same wifi.

I am not able to view my son’s account when I go to the family center to review permissions. When I select his account it is blank and won’t load. See picture below.

You can create and manage time limits and schedule breaks from Family Center on web or from the Meta Quest mobile app. To ensure time limits and breaks work, ensure the Meta Quest headset software has been updated to the latest version. We understand that you have been having issues with the mobile app, have you also attempted to access the parent supervision by going to Family Center and log in to your Meta account?

I have the exact same issue and was told to use the Web version of Family Centre (after spending 30 mins troubleshooting), it's ridiculous, there's obviously an issue with the app when clicking on "Accounts you Supervise", just a blank screen (and I've waited 30 mins)....pls fix it !

I also have the same issue. No updates to do on the occulus itself, and no matter what I do with the mobile app (close and restart, delete and reload), nothing loads for their individual profiles. I cannot control any time limits at all. This is very frustrating..

Same, and when I go to the Family Centre on Web and click on See all Apps, it just returns an error as per below screengrab...
