Parental Supervision Dashboard won’t load

Parental supervision dash won’t load.

When selecting on individual child the app does not load the details so unable to set time limits or approve and manage apps.  Just a black screen.

When I load in Family Center web version I can see some info but when I click see all apps the following error occurs, see attached screenshot.

 

I have cleared, cookies and temp files, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I'm getting this too on both App and website as above.   If my child requests an app for me to approve the email link allows me to approve it, it seems to load the meta app but bypasses the part that doesn't load.  But this leaves me with no way of managing the apps in future.  Seems to be a common issue.

I have set up one for my kid and one for me an account, to use a oculus quest 2. Nut whanever a request for  game or app is requested, the dashboard on family center won't work.  It stay as an empty page. Same issues on android and iphone too. Can't aprove anyithing, or view the used time in mobile app.

It just won't load the page!

I have added a topic on this also this morning.  I'm using quest 3.  Having the same issues.

I am the supervising account for my son's child account.  For the first few days I was able to view app request notifications and allow (or not) the app. Now I can view all notifications, but when i click on one it doesnt load. Also not able to load the supervision "area".  I am on a Samsung phone.

I have been having the same issue for a week now. I click on my son’s name and the page refuses to load.
