Parental Supervision Dashboard won’t load

Parental supervision dash won’t load.

When selecting on individual child the app does not load the details so unable to set time limits or approve and manage apps.  Just a black screen.

When I load in Family Center web version I can see some info but when I click see all apps the following error occurs, see attached screenshot.

I have cleared, cookies and temp files, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Any suggestions

I ran into this.  Tried the family center website.  I get this error when trying to manage apps:

Sorry, something went wrong.

We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.

Thanks for inviting people to come to this thread, but how are you solving the problem?

Same issue! I’m so tired of all the problems, glitches, and POOR functionality. I’ve wasted so much time dealing with these VRs! I expected a much smoother experience, with a large company like this. It’s not like I bought a knock off from ch1na! 😞

I can now log on to my child's account.  The only thing that still won't work is "view all activity.".  It, again, looks like it's loading but doesn't.

Hi meta community,

I am trying to give permission for my ten year old to play Resident Evil 4 on metaquest 2, but the mobile app. will not give me the option to give permission.

I am able to give permission for other games such as Walking dead Saints and Sinners etc. but not Resident Evil 4?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am also seeing this issue both in the app (uninstalled and reinstalled) and on the browser--Error, Go Back.

Thank you for clarifying what platforms you're experiencing this on. I'll pass this along.

Ok, so this afternoon I tried on Android app and managed to connect to my childs account and allowed me to see activity and see apps etc.  it does not allow me to see "all activity" in the time spend section, however so not 100% working but a step in right direction.

When using family center via chrome on Android still getting the go back error message I originally posted.  This doesn't seem any different.
