Parental supervision dash won’t load.
When selecting on individual child the app does not load the details so unable to set time limits or approve and manage apps. Just a black screen.
When I load in Family Center web version I can see some info but when I click see all apps the following error occurs, see attached screenshot.
I have cleared, cookies and temp files, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Any suggestions

I have bought for my child a Oculus Quest 2. We had a lot of problem to set up, get it going, but right now my son tries to purchase a addon and there is no way to aprove the purchase. The mobile app page won't load from the notification i recieved for approval, on the web when I follow the link from the email, the page says Something went wrong...
It's like you don't like my money....
This occulus experience is the worst i've ever seen beside ps, nintendo, xbox, mobile phone or anything i ever tried.

I have the same issue, I'm on an Android. Tried clearing cache, reinstalled the app - nothing worked.

Gradually? My son can barely use his because the parental controls can’t be changed. We are at 2 weeks now. I’ve been patient, but something needs to be done. Or atleast credits on the accounts to make up for it.

Same issue here. Supervision won't load on the app and I get a Facebook error when I try and do it on the PC.

We are still having problems loading parts of the Family Center. I can now view Time spent, on a web browser. However I gifted my son a game that he cannot access I think due to parental controls. I was gonna remove them so he can download it but it won't let me load "supervision settings", it just says "sorry something went wrong."

We have just set up my son's VR but it won't load anything when trying to set up the supervision on the family centre part. He has money on his account and wants a subscription but we can't do that because he is not 18 but can't complete supervision as no access even though logged in!
