Parental supervision dash won’t load.
When selecting on individual child the app does not load the details so unable to set time limits or approve and manage apps. Just a black screen.
When I load in Family Center web version I can see some info but when I click see all apps the following error occurs, see attached screenshot.
I have cleared, cookies and temp files, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Any suggestions

So, an update on my experience. Firstly, It seems now that if I close the meta app and click the "review app" link in the app request email, it will open the pop-up for approving the app. When I tried to approve a second app tho, it took me back to the first request. I had to restart the meta app to approve the second request and it worked. Still cannot access the dashboard directly through the app tho, only email. Secondly, i switch the occulus so that I am admin and my kids are extra accounts. I have purchased apps that I want them to be able to play. Have app sharing turned on.. When I go to approve their access to the app, it tells me I have to purchase it again. This doesn't seem correct. Maybe another bug?

It would be great if you refunded the 53 unauthorized charges in 3 weeks totaling over $600 - but you've already said you won't do that, so I guess we're good. 100% regret buying the MetaQuest 3.

Awesome! I'm glad it's working for you now. Hopefully the same result happens with other users

Update. Parent dashboard loads in the app now. However, when I click on the push notification to approve the app, it takes me to the supervision page to choose a child. When I click on the child, theres no place to approve the app only to see activity. I had to close the app completely, find the email link because the push notification had cleared itself, then it popped up the page to approve the app. It still asked me to approve and purchase, I clicked yes, when it asked to approve purchase, I hit cancel. When I went back to the occulus on my childs account, I could see that the app had been approved, but when I tried to open it from the library, it said I had to purchase it again. But when I opened the app from the "view" button in the occulus notifications, it opened the app. This thing has more bugs than rotten stump

Another thing I found, now it seems like my approvals, with the method i previously mentioned, aren't working at all with one of my kids. Keeps telling me to purchase the app even though im sharing and it says he's been approved to play it. I don't have any work around so far... Also, when you click on the dashboard to see all activity, I get a something went wrong screen.

Well I can now go to my child's account and put the parameters in for him. However, now it doesn't track his time, and it doesn't turn off/on at the time we have selected. This is vital for or family. We have 4 kids and I cannot be the referee of when they are on and how much time they have used. Any help with this?

I had this last week, however I found it seems to have rectified it. I kept going to the payment screen and then cancelling it. I went back on later and the 2 games I was trying worked fine. Have you had any success?
