Parental supervision dash won’t load.
When selecting on individual child the app does not load the details so unable to set time limits or approve and manage apps. Just a black screen.
When I load in Family Center web version I can see some info but when I click see all apps the following error occurs, see attached screenshot.
I have cleared, cookies and temp files, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Any suggestions

I’ve had nothing but issues with this hardware and software since purchase the tech support is subpar are leaves one realizing this is just an expensive toy. I received many errors in the os so much that a hard reset was in order, now meta is attaching my account with a business account. So I can’t reload my kids profiles on the stupid thing. Not to mention the above mentioned issues with parent dashboard. Time tracking didn’t works for weeks and the system doesn’t really function at all. What does work, the AppStore. Oh yes, that always works.

I believe I’m having the same problem. I cannot get the parental supervision page to load. My son is unable to play his device at all.

Hey there @mx5433.2024, thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention!
As this was an issue that we haven't had any reports on for a while and had thought to be fixed, we strongly suggest filling out a bug report so our team can look back into it again. You can do this on the app itself, and find instructions here. Could you also provide the following:
- Software version of your mobile
- App version

I am stuck in a doom loop with family supervision. My son cannot use his Oculus and hasn't been able to for some time. It indefinitely says he is on a scheduled break. I cannot login as him anymore on the computer as his account seems separated from mine and he is under 13. If I login as me (the parent) - I can't get into the dashboard - error -- something went wrong.
I also can't file a support ticket as the parent - the oculus is registered to the child account. And in the support portal there is no option for issues with family supervision. Its another loop with no path to a human for help.
So both parent and child are blocked from use. We can login with our credentials but parent gets stuck getting into family supervision dashboard, child gets stuck because his account appears as he is under 13 (and he is) and his account seems partially severed from the parental supervision acount (*mine). Attempting the path for the child account for 13 and under says he can't create a child account (which it should give me the ability to login then). Oculus is a brick and unusable. Please advise.

Family center is the most ridiculous parental control I have ever used! They known about it for a long time as it seems and NO SOLUTION. I’m never recommending this to anybody..
