Parental Supervision: VR Time showing 0

I am very frustrated with parental supervision.  I can block specific apps and that seems to work.  However the VR time always shows as 0 and it doesn’t show me what apps are being used.  I have tried:

1.  Inviting my teen from my app.  He accepts the invite and I can see his account.  But no VR time is logged.

2.  Having my teen invite me.  Same result as #1.

3.  Deleting/re-installing the app

4. Logging off/back on the app

5. Powering headset off/on 

6. Confirmed the headset is on the same WiFi network as my phone/app

7. Powering phone off/on

I have seen other posts on this but no resolution.  Please advise how to fix this!!!!

Hey there, @kschliesser67. We can definitely understand your concerns with wanting to know what he's playing and for how long, we'd be glad to look into this for you! It looks like you've tried everything that we'd recommend, so it sounds like a situation where you'll want to submit a Bug Report. That way our engineers can get their eyes on the issue and work on a resolution for everyone.

I'm having the same issue.  And looking at many different forums it seems this is not an isolated problem. 

Hey there, @wizard1269. We can definitely understand how concerning it would be to find yourself unable to see the VR time logged for your teen's account. We'd be glad to look into this for you. This sounds like a bug that we've received a few other reports about, so we'd recommend submitting a Bug Report so more information on this issue gets back to our engineers.

  • Which device is being used (e.g. Quest, Quest 2, Quest Pro, Quest 3, etc.)?
  • Has this ever worked before for you? 
  • Have you also attempted the steps that @kschliesser67 has previously listed on this thread?
