I am having an issue with my son’s account. He is 12 and has many applications that are 13 plus. I am trying to get him the new Batman app and it won’t allow it. I thought the way the parental controls work with this system was that a parent had to approve any app. Is there a way for me to get this app for my son.
Parents are able to approve app downloads, as part of our parent-managed accounts system, however, there are limitations to this with applications that are age-restricted.
Batman: Arkham Shadow is rated 16+, so it would not be available on child accounts.
