Participated in meta research study but didn’t get paid

I recently participated a meta research study and they mentioned that I will receive $150 USD Meta Research e-Reward within 5 days after participation.

I’ve finished the research study on Aug 16th, but I haven’t received the gift card reward yet.

Let me see what I can find out. Was this something you completed on the Meta website or were you sent an email asking you to participate?

If by email, can you confirm the Meta email address that you are in contact with?

The same thing happened to me. I participated in August and still haven’t been paid. Emails/messages to the research company and Meta have gone unanswered.

The Meta Quest Support team here on the forums are dedicated to product and store issues and wouldn't be able to assist in this situation.

You should reach out again to the member of the research team who originally contacted you. You can usually find their details in the email you received to confirm participation.

Same problem here.  I completed the in person research study on 9/16 and haven't received a thing.  My contact person's name was Tai (not sure of the spelling, with a 650 phone number.  All voicemails go unanswered.  Can you all please ping us a contact person with Meta so we can get this resolved?

I did an hour and a half study on Nov 1 with TY the same person with a 650 number and she said several times I'd be paid within 5 days and it's been over 2 weeks now . Below is her contact info

I also participated in a survey by meta through an app called yougov but didn't receive my reward. It was on 10th November. Can you please help me. I really need help.

They just did the same to me. they sent me an email to participate in a focus group that was 3 hrs long. i sat there for 3 hours and did as they said. I never reached out for this group. They sent me and invite to this group, Now after i sat there and wasted my time they said i dont qulify cos i have done this before. non of what i did was like the stuff i did over 2 yrs ago. how can u let me sit there and do this study and then tell me i didnt qulift. u should tell me that at the start not 2 weeks lter. i need this money. its 225$ that i need to help fix my car. I dont know what to do except look for some legal help
