Passthrough stays on

Has anyone else had a problem with passthrough on quest 3 staying on.  When I go to immersive it's half half, immersive looking down,  passthrough looking up. I tried powering the headset on while not wearing it,  no luck. I did a factory reset which did work until the next time I turned it on and it went straight back to the same problem. It's pretty much unusable as it's just a confusing mess trying to play games( or anything for that matter). Any help slyly be greatly appreciated.  Also , is there some way to speak directly to someone in troubleshooting? Thanks

For anybody else with this problem, this is 99% a problem with the boundary locked at another place. Try to remake a (stationary) boundary.

Hey there @Revidup! We hope you're having a great day today! Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We know it's no fun to not be able to use our devices to their full capacity so we would love to help getting this issue resolved for you. Luckily, we do have a couple of troubleshooting steps that you can try to fix the passthrough issue. With that being said, can you please try these troubleshooting steps if you haven't already? 

 

Reboot the device without wearing it. The Passthrough disappear.

  • Turn off your headset.
  • Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  • Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot Device and press the power button.

However, if you're still having trouble after trying those steps, please don't hesitate to reach back out and let us know. We'll also be here if you have any other questions or concerns. Have a very legendary rest of your day!

thank you, you were 100% right  just the boundary.  meta is hopless 🙄

I have done new boundary in different locations and still can’t get pass through off😐. I’ve tried the reboot still can’t get pass through off, even though it says it’s off😐
