I’m wanting to change some details on my child’s account which I supervise. I can log into my account with no problem and I can log into the family centre no problem. When I select the data I then wish to change I have to re-enter my password which it then says is wrong !!
how can it be right and then wrong?

I am having the exact same issue! I've tried resetting my password and my PIN, but neither of these are working.... Is there another password I'm not aware of?
I have tried chatting to support, but so far no luck - so frustrating! Really hoping someone has the answer.
