Payed twice for pre-oder

I pre-ordered fnaf help wanted 2 on December 12 of 2023 and I just got a notification that I payed for it now, even though I already payed for it on said previous date! WHAT THE HELL!?!? Why was I charged again!? And I have proof! I actually have the payment on the exact date on my cashapp! Give me back my money! I already payed for it before!

This also happened to us! My son pre ordered it back in January and it just hit our bank again this morning.
