Payment Method Error - Visa Gift Card

I recently bought a Visa gift card that has 100 dollars on it. I'm trying to add it to my payment methods so I can buy a game but it keeps saying "Sorry, we couldn't add your payment method" I checked to make sure all the info is correct and it is, I refreshed the app and still nothing, I can't add it from inside my Oculus Quest 2 either. I checked to make sure it was actually activated and it was. It says funds available for use. 

Does anyone know how I can fix this so I can purchase the game.

Howdy! Looks like you may need to try another payment method. I had the same issue when I was trying to buy a game with a Visa gift card, turns out Visa gift cards don't have the option to be tied with a billing address, so they won't meet the system requirements. You can always purchase a Meta Gift Card (if you're in the U.S, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Taiwan, or the U.K) using the Visa gift card! Otherwise, I recommend trying PayPal or another debit/credit card that is associated with a billing address and can have funds reloaded to it.
