If you open Developer Tools on Edge, Chrome, or Firefox they all point to a programming error on the Oculus corporate server. Really really annoying that they are blowing this off. I've worked as a consultant for IT for 30 years. This is literally the most bone headed support setup I've seen for any company from startup to fortune 500 to government agency. These are the calls you will see at the end: That said, hit chat and open a ticket and start waiting. I've been waiting since 5/19. They cannot/will not answer direct or indirect questions. They haven't even confirmed if the issue is out of level one and in the hands of the developers. Many times I have expressed based on the vague answers they could be a bot. The consistent response is - "I assure you I am not." Seriously, what is your definition of stupid? This is pretty much my new definition now. Lo.

Hi there! We may need to look further into this on our end. Can you please click here to submit a ticket? Thanks!

I submitted 2 tickets. The latest is 2857592. I haven't heard a peep in 9 days despite asking for a status every day. The support system is the worst I've seen in my 30 years in IT.

Oh and I needed the second ticket because the first was closed without my knowledge. When I replied to the last update asking for a status, it automatically opened the second ticket. Seriously bad protocol.

After 11 days I got an update. Unfortunately, it explains the vague answers. They haven't even started on my case despite pinging them every day and getting a dozen replies since May 19th when this problem started. This product is effectively not supported at all. Worse, the update appears to be a bot. So even their bots take 11 days to respond. This moved from my definition of Stupid to my definition of Pathetic. I got:
