So I added my payment method to my meta 2 and was able to buy meta+ and a few other things and then all of a sudden my payments didn’t work anymore. So I added another card and same error when I make a purchase. So I bought gift cards. That didn’t work so I used PayPal. Still same error message. I’ve tried everything it says online to no avail. I just keep getting the same message:
“Request cannot be completed until further action
we noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn’t be completed. Please file an appeal to get your case reviewed.”
I messaged support and they said they are working on it but it’s been like 5-6 days now and won’t reply to my replies and that also seems excessive for a simple payment issue especially since I have 100+$ on each of the payment methods I’ve tried so they are all good. Plus it’s pretty much a waste on those gift cards cuz I read that that was the way to fix it. What can I do to make my payment methods work??

I just started having this problem.
Never deal with this on any other game system I own. They need to fix their **bleep**ing **bleep** or I’m returning the **bleep** thing

I am having the same issue. It's super annoying. Like you would think they would WANT you to spend money.....it's a weird issue I have never seen on any gaming device.

I’m having the same issue. Read through other posts about this issue dating a year or so. Some ppl said they bought a meta gift card and once they removed their saved payment info, they could buy from the store. Haven’t tried it yet. Pretty pathetic that this is still an issue.

Same issue, I bought Quest 3, Bought one game, Subscribed to meta plus and then suddenly I have this error. Been 14 days, Multiple support request and I'm still having this issue.

I am having the same issue. Been going on for two weeks and I just keep getting the same email saying they’re working in! I’m about ready to return it. The worst customer service!
