Payment error

Hello am trying to buy Shiny Rocks in Gorilla Tag but when I put the pin it gives me an errormessage and this has been going on for 6 months

Hey @AOVR_GTCD! Purchase issues are always discouraging to run into, so we'd be glad to help out! 

Just to confirm, does your payment method meet the following:

• The card must be associated with a billing address
• The card must be able to have funds added/reloaded to it
  • E-cards and virtual Mastercards should work, but most Gift cards do not have this option
• There cannot be purchasing restrictions placed on the card
  • The network cannot have any purchase restrictions to prevent online payments
• Visa
• American Express (AMEX)
• Mastercard
• PayPal

Along with this, if not already. Could you attempt the following:

1. Try purchasing while connected to a different network (Mobile hotspot, cell data, etc.)
2. Try purchasing from a different device (Phone, PC, Tablet, etc.)
