I've tried to purchase the oculus quest but I get the msg of some"payment method error" stuff, and I've tried to update the payment method 10 times (since I got emails telling me to update my payment method 9 times) but to no avail. what the heck is going on? My debit card and paypal is up to date and all info is correct but somehow oculus won't accept my payment? I've placed a ticket but they haven't reached out to me yet. I'm starting to get a little pissed off to say the least.
i have tried multiple times for my son and cannot get it to accept any method of payment. We sent a support request and the reply was ridiculus. Try another browser, use the phone, use the oculus, use a different network. My son is quite upset.
