Pcvr app login issue.

I cannot log into the pc application. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. Used both options to login. The facebook way is telling me use default browser and the email version is saying wrong oassword. How do i get this fixed asap.

Hey there @hi.965475! Signing into our Meta Quest Link app should be a breeze- we'd love to help you get back in! If you have a Facebook account linked to your Horizon profile (the account paired to your headset), try signing in to the Accounts Center outside of the PC app, and unlinking your Facebook account. Then, try signing in via the Email option. If this doesn't work, please send us a PM so that we can look into this more closely!

  • Were you able to try the steps in our original reply on this thread?
  • Which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? We don't want to ask you to repeat anything unnecessarily.
  • Are you able to login to other locations?
  • For example, on the website via a browser, and the headset when not connected to a PC?
  • Are you also getting the wrong password error, or is it another one?
