Penguin Paradise Stuck Loading

Hello, my son was playing Penguin Paradise last night. Turned off his oculus for a little bit and went to go play again. Since then when you click the app you get a dark screen with three little dots showing it’s loading. It will not do anything further. Any help?

We hate to see that you're having a little hiccup here @Bennyman1228, let's see if we can get your son back into Penguin Paradise by doing some troubleshooting. If you haven't already, there are some tricks for dealing with these little hiccups. Below are a few things you can try on your end to see if it returns the Headset to normalcy:

• Try checking to see if the headset requires any updates. 
• Ensure that this problem isn't because of a network problem as Wi-Fi is an important part of playing online games.
• Try rebooting the headset, this might help jumpstart the headset into normal functions. 
• Lastly, try uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it for good measure.

Will uninstalling the game and redownloading lose any of the in game purchases that have been made?

In a sense you will be uninstalling the game but you shouldn't lose any purchases in result of that.
