Hi, my son is trying to buy items in store but when he does it doesn't show up in his items. None of his ice cubes are taken either. It goes through the process but nothing happens.

This happened to my daughter as well. 19.99 spent, shows deducted from my account with emailed receipt and showing over 3000 cubes but she can't buy anything. Please help. Thanks.

were having the same problem. we made several in-app purchases for cosmetics and ice-cubes, which I was charged for but they're not there.

It's not fair for gamers to be forced to wait to use their in-game purchases. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. While we usually have the ability to help with issues with certain apps, the ice cubes you all bought are in-game purchases, and unfortunately, we don't have any control over in-game purchases, such as ice cubes in Penguin Paradise. We kindly ask that you contact the Penguin Paradise.
game developers directly here to receive a more detailed explanation of what's going on with your in-game purchases and hopefully locate the ice cubes you purchased.
However, if this issue isn't exclusive to the ice cubes in Penguin Paradise and you all are experiencing purchase issues with your Meta Quest in general, we would like to investigate this as soon as possible.
