Performed factory reset now cannot sync headset to phone

Hi all - Quest 2 my son was having troubles with his boundary setup and for some reason decided a factory reset might solve the issue! What we now have is the headset showing a five digit code but when I go into the phone app there is no option to input this code as it still sees the quest 2 as logged in…? I have logged out of my meta account on the phone app but when I relaunch the app again and login to Facebook it takes me straight back to being logged in on the phone with no option to input the code again - any ideas anyone please? Hope we’ve not lost access to any games we’ve purchased??? Thanks 😊
