On 2/20/2025 my Instagram asked for my email verification which I did. It was trying to login with an old email address and not the present one I have been using. After finishing the verification process my Instagram account was permanently disabled and shortly after so was my Facebook. Can anyone be of assistance to help retrieve my accounts?
