Dear Meta & Others,
My personal Facebook account was disabled last year after it was compromised and used for spamming purposes (I believe). My email address was compromised at the time. I've sent a letter to Facebook and also ensured all of my accounts are / will continue to be and have been secure.
I would really like to apologize about the inconvenience caused but I had no control over the fact that the accounts had been compromised and have taken extra steps since to reduce the likelihood of this situation from repeating at all.
I did decide to appeal the account after I realized it had been suspended but that didn't work and now the account has been disabled. I would really appreciate any efforts or methods in potentially recovering the account as I use Facebook on a business scale and the account also has a lot of data on their that really means a lot to me. I would be more than happy to cooperate in this situation and in providing any further identity or any other sort of documentation if necessary.
I have tried multiple methods of contact and rabbit holes, but all have been failed attempts and just lead to dead ends when trying to contact Facebook.
I'm also unable to use my Oculus with my personal Facebook account which is a huge inconvenience and making me regret buying one in the first place.

The Meta Store Support team here on the forums are unable to assist with Facebook or Instagram accounts so they wouldn't be able to help you much today.
Your best bet to find some assistance is to go through the Facebook Help Centre or, since you use the platform for business purposes, the Meta Business Help Centre.

As mentioned, the support team here on the forums would be unable to assist you on this issue. @MetaQuestSupport are only able to assist with Meta Quest products and services and would not be able to investigate your Facebook account.
Any further assistance would have to be found with Facebook directly, through their Help Centres.

I would love to be of some more help but I don't have any contacts to provide and neither would @MetaQuestSupport. Since this is a Facebook account issue, this simply isn't the right place to find any assistance.

There is no other alternative options to contact. I hope you understand, may you please stretch your resources to try assist with this matter please as I've been dealing with this for a very long time and cannot get anywhere.

We would love nothing more than to help you with your issue but unfortunately we do not have and never will have access to Facebook accounts to get this appealed for you.
The information that @OMOTO has provided you is correct. Please refer only to the Facebook Account Centre for help with this issue. We can only help with Meta VR accounts on this forum.
