Phone number for Oculus support

Does anyone have a phone number for Oculus support? I am at the end of my tether now waiting for emails that seem to never come. I just want to speak to someone!

I switched from a Samsung 8 to a Samsung 9 and change the port so it is compatible.  But I cannot get in to my original account.  And can't experience anything from my oculus goggles

I also really wish these guys had a phone number to contact customer service. My new Rift S headset wasn't working properly, so I opened a ticket on May 24. After weeks of back and forth troubleshooting, they asked me to ship it back for a replacement. I shipped it back June 10 (delivered June 17). I still have not gotten any tracking number for my replacement, and I have not gotten any replies back from my e-mail for 6 days now. Their e-mail customer service has been terrible, and there is no phone number to call... at this point, I have no idea what to do. This has been the WORST customer service experience I've ever had.

Fuck occulus go..i will never ever buy anything from occulus..i hope many more do the same

how long do you have to wait for emails??? I payed a lot of money for the rift and the app keeps crashing every 2 seconds , I can not even complete the device setup. what a ripoff!

I agree with others: a support phone number would be nice. The email communication needs major improvements.

It’s been about two weeks since I ordered the Rift S and still no confirmation email did my order go through or not?

Unfortunately, long response times are not abnormal. Many tickets are, in fact, resolved within a reasonable timeframe, lets say between 1 - 2 days. However, some issues require more investigation (primarily in the case of replacement units) and these can take a longer amount of time to resolve. I'll ask the Support team to take a look at your ticket. Thanks.


This is a huge problem and atypical of Oculus.  Does this tell you people what they think of you as customers?  No phone support, no standard SLA for ticket--if you even get a response and when there is a known major issue (like right now) they refuse to publicly acknowledge it and would rather we just waste our time trying to figure out how to solve an issue they cause with their outdated and crappy software they force us to use in order to use their hardware!

I've been trying to return this stupid machine.  They don't respond.  This item was in fact canceled prior to them shipping it but they still sent it.  Worst customer support I've ever encountered!
