I cant pair my headset with the app in the first steps thing with the code when i enter the code the only thing that happens i just brings me back to the same window were i need to enter my code and i did everyrhing in my power i did reinstall the app at least 50 times i did factory resset on my quest2 i even tryed to creat a new acc but all for nothing nothing did work i hope someone can help me before i lose my mind

i needed to factory reset according to the meta store due to purchases not being accessible
now headset wont repair even with code sigh...
i have meta 2 it was fine 2/16 then any add on unuseable. to no avail
now i cannot get it to pair says found enter code over and over.
cant screen shot i cant even use it!
i obviously was given bad advice by support. anyhow it is now a paper weight please tell me how to fix i cannot even pair withnewaccount,

Make sure both your phone and headset are connected to the same network and operating on the same frequency. I fixed it myself however the reason i reset. my purchased add ons stopped being useable. in game says buy now.
in store or meta app it says purchased. ragnorock is most costly one as i bought game and raids.
and to be frank was only game i even like,
i want purchases restored. the store people sent me here...

my device updated or seemed to 2/17 i played ragnorock and addons all was fine. got message it would shut off after update
next day i could not play add ons even one that was free if bought game
i played over a month happy as a clam now i hate meta and i am not alone in either issue. the connect issue is the devices Bluetooth software which meta knew before i bought mine.
i make apps on several devices so yes i am sure.
anyhow i asked for refund of device/games they blamed app creator but its every app
i can buy new game tested it so im not banned or anything.
now that i can actually use my headset can i get purchases restored and yes they are on right log in.
ragnorock i had them all. now i got basic game wierd cause even that came with hellfest in a bundle.
simple restore purchases or refund for games and device and i will go to steam
