Hello,I need help. I signed up my 9 year old to the Oculus 2 using my email address but entered his name and age into profile. They asked for photo ID so I sent one of him now there saying; The name and photo on your ID don't seem to match the name and photo on your profile. You can try to confirm your identity again now.

Should I just change the date to my birthday and send a pic ID of myself, which will be an adult so not sure how parental restrictions will work.

Hi there, @stickman2014.2023! Account issues can definitely take the fun out of VR, so we'd be glad to lend a hand with that! To start, we see you are contacting us about a Meta account that may have been disabled for violation of the Meta Terms of Service. While VR can be a lot of fun, Meta does not allow the creation of accounts or the use of VR by children under the age of 10, which is against the Meta Terms of Service. Customers aged 10-12 years must create a Parent-Managed Account to access devices. Please see the Meta Quest Health and Safety Warnings and the Meta Quest Safety Center for documentation on the proper usage of any Meta Quest products.

Meta Store Support is not able to assist you with the disabled account. You will have received an email notification about the account that includes instructions for an appeal process, if you feel that this account action has been in error. Please utilize the appeal process outlined in the email to address your account issue. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail filters. Should any further problems pop up, please be sure to reach out at anytime!
