I got a new oculus, and for some reason, none of my photos that I take on a game are able to be synced to my phone. There's no sync button, no nothing. The only info there is for when I take a picture in game is 'view info's and 'delete'. Idk what's going on, can someone help me with this issue?

do you have the secondary account or a child account?
I remember only the admin of the headset can sync pictures or videos to the phone.
If you are the admin of your Quest but still can't sync pics and videos send a PM @MetaQuestSupport
click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a messag" button.

I'm both the owner and admin of the device. And this is a new Quest 2, due to my old on breaking.

Neither article was very helpful. There's no synced button, upon pressing the 3 dots when hovering over an image, there's no sync option. Could it be the oculus or something else?

You said, you have a "view details" button.
What happens if you go on that? Are there more options?
I don't have that button......I have "share - sync now - delete".......really strange.🤔
Maybe some sort of bug?
