How do I create a pin? Not reset one, how do I create one?

Hey there @Daypit! Thanks for reaching out. We understand you want to create a PIN for your headset. We are happy to help with that. Just so you know, your PIN is created when you first create your account. If you don't remember your PIN, we are more then willing to help out with that. Here are a few steps you can take to change your pin.

To change your Meta Quest PIN using the PC app:

1. Open the PC app on your computer
2. Select Settings in the left menu
3. Below Account, click Meta Quest PIN
4. Enter a new PIN and then enter your password to confirm the change
5. Click Submit

To change your Meta Quest PIN using the Meta Quest Mobile app:

1. Open the Meta Quest app on your phone
2. Tap your profile picture in the top left
3. Tap Account Settings
4. Enter your current PIN, then enter your new PIN and tap Submit

To change your Meta Quest PIN using the Meta Store website:

1. Go to your profile on the Meta Store website
2. Click Security in the left menu, then click Edit next to PIN
3. Enter your current PIN, then enter your new PIN and click Save

If you have forgotten your PIN:

1. Go to your profile on the Meta Store website
2. Click Security in the left menu, then click Edit next to PIN
3. Click Forgot PIN?
4. Click Request PIN Reset
