Hi, I’m having issues with my pin, every time i reset it, put a new password, then type that password it says it doesn’t work. It’s been like this for a day. Can you please help me. 1. Why is this happenin?. 2. How can I fix it?

Hey @dulcenjaquelin. We totally understand how concerning it can be to have PIN issues and not having the chance to make a purchase. Luckily you came to the right place to get assistance with this. 

Since you've tried resetting your PIN and still getting a error, we'll like for you to opt out of having a PIN and then waiting for 5 minutes to re-enroll into having one again.
