We did notice, though, that you asked a question about you experiencing pixelated pictures and pixel jitter while playing Meta Quest 3, so we would like to look into this for you in order to get you back to a smooth VR experience before we continue. Can you please provide a screenshot of the screen you are seeing and answer the questions listed below?
Does the issue happen in the Home environment or with 3rd-party software (like SteamVR)?
Does it happen right away or after longer sessions of use?
Has the product been dropped or neglected?
Once we can get a better understanding of this we can know what course of action is bet for us to take next!
