I purchased the play now pay later with Affirm and am unable to obtain access to the Meta+ two year subscription that I overpaid for.
Issue #1: The price charged was $191.94 (supposed to be $59.99 per year)
Issue #2: I am unable to access the subscription and support is of no assistance.
I've spent almost 2 hours chatting with support and exchanged multiple emails. I have provided the information they requested including a copy of the invoice and I have not received any direct support on the basic issue, which is that I am unable to access the subscription. In 1 emailed response, they assured me my warranty is in effect and "Since I was able to provide you all the details that we have gathered, I will be closing this case for now." WTH? I was not asking about the warranty.
The most recent email from them where I ask for a refund if they cannot give me access to the subscription is to tell me that since the device was bundled with the subscription, my only option is to process a return for the entire order. The email ended with this:
"I understand that this is not the resolution that you wanted to get from us, just so happened that regarding your request we have limited option. If you wanted to get more information regarding on refunding the quest you can also visit Affirm Customer Care.
Since I was able to provide you all the details that we have gathered, I will be closing this case for now."
Note that every email I've received ends with that same sentence and yet I still do not have access to the subscription.
I've had the Quest 2 for a couple of years and have enjoyed the few days I've had with the Quest 3, but the upgrade is not worth the wasted time on such a silly issue. Support is a joke.

The $191.94 price for Meta+ is the cost (well, a few cents off) for month by month payment for 2 years.
$7.99 per month for 24 months is $191.76.
The Play Now Pay Later plan says a Quest 3 512GB with Meta+ costs $29.99 per month for 24 months. That's $719.76.
An outright Quest 3 512GB is $499.99.
Meta+ for 2 years with pay per month is 191.76.
So that would total $691.75. Not too far off ($28 off, but obviously Affirm will want to make a profit from the deal).
A yearly payment for Meta+ would be a lot cheaper (as you say, $59.99 per year). But the Play Now Pay Later store page explicitly says "a 24-month Meta Quest+ subscription at monthly price", so the $191.94 that you paid does match what the store says it will cost.
