Support have gone awol and not responding to my replies. I know they must be busy with all the problems people are having and I have been pretty angry as I would really just want a refund and not have the hassle.
I agreed to wait for the update but just want to RMA the rift so they can see for themselves that it must be defective. I think it must be some calibration issue with the led's after doing a little research, although honestly I have no clue if it is software or hardware.
I am trying to keep a cool head but I am getting no response from the ticket opened in mid January. So opened another ticket and they are just closing it with no response in either ticket, yes I am being polite but feel that it is just being ignored. I thought support were getting on top of things now no?
If you got this far thanks for reading as I am having a terrible experience right now.
