I received an email regarding my meta quest account. It says: To make sure you can keep using this account, we'll need you to show you're 13 or older, or ask a parent to get you into an account meant for someone 10-12.
I am 50 years old. I've followed the link in the email, and when I go into verify my age, it tells me this needs to be done from the Account Center. But I am doing it from the account center. It keeps telling me that every time I try.
I only have so many days to get this done and would appreciate some assistance if possible. I do not want to lose my account and the money I've invested in it.

Ah yes this bug happened to me to when trying to log into my oculus it just sent me in a infinite loop of verify email I never did get that account back

Thanks very much Das.Bearski. Using a incognito window seems to have solved my issue and I was able to verify my age. Although it did ask me for a code from my headset, which I put on and could not see any code anywhere. Although I was charged on my CC for age verification and everything else seems to be working ok on the headset. I'm hoping they don't end up disabling my account because I could not find that code and enter it.
