Please help. All payment methods are blocked. I can't even get in touch with a real human from Meta.

I am desperately seeking help because Facebook has blocked all my payment methods for no reason, and I cannot add any new ones.


I keep getting this error: “This payment method has been temporarily suspended for your security. Please try a different payment method.” I have never done a chargeback or violated any payment policies.


I have tried:
• Multiple valid cards (4 different ones) and PayPal
• Clearing cache, using different browsers and devices
• Verifying my account details Nothing works.


My ad campaigns on the Business Suite are completely stalled, and I am losing valuable marketing opportunities because of this. I can’t even verify my account.


I was trying to pay for verification to see if that would help, but I can’t even pay the $17 I owe.


I have tried so many different things. I have tried reaching out to support, but I can’t get any real help. I need someone from Meta to review my account and restore my ability to pay.


I’ve tried all the solutions that Reddit has suggested, and nothing has worked. If anyone has any solution or has gone through this, please help. I am so frustrated and out of options.

Please help.

I encountered the same problem. I tried three different credit cards, but none of them worked.

We understand that your accounts have been blocked on Facebook. For this, we'd recommend you to contact Facebook Help Centre. It's important to know that the community channel you've reached us on offers support to only Meta VR products and services, and not Facebook. The reason behind this, though Facebook and Instagram are under the same Meta umbrella, all three companies -Facebook, Instagram, and Meta (as in VR products and services)- operate as separate entities without any communication between them. Precisely, we cannot reach Facebook nor they to us. 

 

Wish we were more helpful but we're afraid we don't have access to tools what Facebook Help Center has.
