Hello, a few days ago I was victim of a (silly mistake) phishing message that sobstituted my original IG account with another throug FB Marketplace message. Due to this, my FB account (and META) is suspended and I cannot find - even after hours of reading - a proper solution. No mail, no phone, not even a simple BOT to help me eliminate the IG account connected to my META account so I can have back my profile. My Quest 2 is blocked, cannot access.
I created this account so I can ask this forum a help, because "as guest" is not possibile to interact.
Can anybody please help me get back my suspended META account? It says I got 180 days to act but there's no way whatsoever about HIOW to do it. The "use your IG account" solution is obvs helpless because the probem is the fake IG account connected. In the picture you can see it properly.
