I recently bought meta quest 3s it was all good till randomly my controllers disconnected and didnt want to connect back. I tried everything till everything ended. I turned off hand movement so i wasnt able to do anything. I tried factory reseting then but it doesnt work and im stuck. Please help me.

We understand that your controllers not working as they should can really impact your VR experience, and we would love to see how we can help resolve these controller issues so you can get back to playing.

 

  • Are you using any third-party accessories on your controllers? If so, please remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect power, battery fit, or controller detection. For example, rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc.
  • Can you see any lights on your controller that are on (blinking or solid)?

When i click the buttons on the controllers there is no white light

Thank you for letting me know that even replacing the battery did not solve the problem.

 

We can take a look at the warranty and see if you are still under warranty, if so we can start a replacement process for the controllers that are currently not working.
