I recently bought meta quest 3s it was all good till randomly my controllers disconnected and didnt want to connect back. I tried everything till everything ended. I turned off hand movement so i wasnt able to do anything. I tried factory reseting then but it doesnt work and im stuck. Please help me.

Thank you for letting me know that even replacing the battery did not solve the problem.
We can take a look at the warranty and see if you are still under warranty, if so we can start a replacement process for the controllers that are currently not working.
