Please help to remove fake Meta account from my Facebook and Instagram

Dear Support Team,

My Instagram and Facebook accounts were recently hacked, and during the breach, the hacker created a Meta account using my name but linked it to the hacker's email address as...e@oemails.com. They then connected this Meta account to my Facebook and Instagram profiles.

I  secured my accounts by changing the passwords, email, etc. However, I am unable to disconnect or remove the unauthorized Meta account because Facebook and Instagram require access to that email @oemails.com, which is not mine.

Please help to remove this Meta account from my Facebook and Instagram accounts centre..
