I have been going through this torment specifically for the purpose of using custom Ragnarok songs for both users of my headset.
As the primary user, I have successfully connected to the file directory of my headset on my pc, copied the songs to the Ragnarok custom songs directory, and they show up fine in my game.
However, there is a secondary user in my headset, that shares Rangnarok. The custom songs do not show up for this account. Some research said it was because the accounts were partitioned in a way that would not allow them to share storage. So fine, I would have to copy those song to the secondary users file directory.
I created a second windows account for this person and opened meta link in that windows account (which I must admit that had it's own share of problems because meta link will not work unless the account holder is an administrator). Anyway, I successfully connected the headset via USB using the secondary headset account.
However, there is no pop up for sharing the device on the headset, not even in notifications, and there is no directory for quest 3 in the file manager on my pc for this account.
So, tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Hi @ice.cream.bear.2024 🙂
Maybe because only the admin of the headset can share but not the secondary user?

The app is shared with the secondary user, just not the custom songs. So, I'm trying to copy the songs into the secondary user's storage but I can't see the device on my pc - even though meta link is working. I'm talking to support about it but not hopeful for a solution.

Hey, @ice.cream.bear.2024,
Have you made sure to re-enable Developer Mode and the MTP Notification toggle on the secondary user, too?
