With the Quest 3 when playing Population One I keep losing Wi-Fi connection and it only happens with the Quest 3

I lose connection on at least half of my games with the oculus 3. Never had this problem with the 2. Have a great internet connection.

Only with population one, all other games work fine

Hello I also have this issue. Sometimes my game works fine, other times population one is unplayable. It is very frustrating that only pop 1 has this issue.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we know it's never fun to experience any issues with WIFI connectivity. We would love help get this matter resolved for you. Luckily, we do have a couple of troubleshooting steps we can try to fix this WIFI connection. With that being said, can you please try these troubleshooting steps if you haven't already?

I will look into disabling the dual band feature and making a factory reset as well. Thank you for the advice.
