I got an email saying I can get a refund for purchasing Population One in the past 6 months as it will no longer be compatible with my headset (Quest 1). I enter my email and order number into the refund area of the metaquest page and it does not associate my email address with my order number. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

@tinman141 You're probably using the page for refunds on device/accessory orders.
You can hit up support via PMs or a Support ticket and I'm sure they'd be more than glad to look into doing that for you.
