The Population:One app on my Quest is stuck installing an update, no progress since yesterday afternoon. I went into storage to uninstall the app, but it doesn’t appear in the list. I also tried turning off WiFi and power cycling the headset, but that was unsuccessful. Is a factory reset my only solution? If so, am I certain to lose all of the progress in the games on my quest?
