Hi, I just bought my Quest 3S and I am aware that you get the new Batman: Arkham Shadow with the headset as a promotion. But I would like to get some kind of credits exchanged for the game. I would really love to buy some other games with the credits where I can play together with my friends.

This was a free game that is part of the current Q3/Q3s promotions. It’s tied into the meta account that you setup your headset with and can’t be returned or transferred to other accounts.
Of course you can always contact meta support and see if they can offer you a nominal store credit, but I don’t like your chances.
