Power Button and software issues

My Quest 2 just had a plethora of issues. After one play session, i went to shut off my headset, yet the power button wasn’t responding. It would not show the screen pop up after holding it for 3 seconds. I thought nothing big of it and just pressed to button to sleep the headset. After picking up the headset and waking it up, my headset was disconnected from wifi. I tried to reconnect it, but the wi-fi setting was off, i turned it back on again and no networks showed up, i went to the “known networks” area then went back to the main screen and the setting was turned off. I tried to hold the power button to restart my headset, and i encountered the same issue .i played around with some settings and realized i wasn’t going to fix this and tried to do a factory reset. I couldn’t do the boot screen since my headset wasn’t shutting down, so i tried to do it via my phone with the oculus app, and nothing would happen. after some playing around, my headset disconnected from my phone and wouldn’t reconnect. then after a bit of messing with settings, my headset went into pass through mode and would not come out. nothing popped up when pressing the oculus button. the only thing i could do was sleep my headset.
