Ive been trying to cancel a preorder so i could purchase a game because it came out but whenever i tried to buy it it just says pre ordered and ive contacted customer support over the last couple days but have gotten no update about how long this will take or what to do

Im having the same issue with 2 games, I've contacted support via WhatsApp and it still can not be solved
