A few months ago on February 10th I pre-ordered Five Nights at Freddy's Help Wanted 2 on my Meta Quest 2, and I saw it appear in my library, as well as saw the money in my bank account disappear. Fast forward to today, I found out that Help Wanted 2 had come out on the Quest on the 9th of May. Excited to play, I hopped on my VR only to find the game not in my library and the store saying I had to pay to purchase it again. I went into my records and saw that my order had been canceled completely without my input, and that "your payment method has not been charged" even though I don't have that money in my bank account still to this day. I am angry and frustrated, and I want to know how I can get the game I rightfully purchased.
